Thank you for shopping at cynthiaryba.com! The return and exchange policies described below apply only to online purchases made through our website. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Unworn merchandise with original hang tags affixed can be returned* for a refund (excluding original shipping charge) or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please include a copy of the Return & Exchange Form along with the pre-paid return label. Please note: original shipping charge at time of purchase is not refundable. * Cynthia Ryba Inc. inspects each and every garment prior to shipping for quality assurance and therefore reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange for returned items if items are suspected of being worn or damaged by the customer.
